Terms and Conditions for Trainers:-

1. Scope of Service:

- The trainer agrees to provide a two-hour training session to Global BIFS Academy trainees on the agreed-upon date and time.

- The session shall cover the topics outlined in the training agenda provided prior to the session.

2. Payment Terms:

- The trainer will receive compensation as agreed upon in the training contract.

- No additional compensation shall be provided for materials or preparation unless specified in the agreement.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

- If the trainer is unable to conduct the session on the scheduled date, a minimum of 4 hours' notice must be given to Global BIFS Academy.

- In the event of a cancellation by the Academy, the trainer will be notified at least 4 hours prior to the session.

4. Trainer Responsibilities:

- The trainer shall ensure they are adequately prepared to deliver the training session, including the use of relevant materials and resources.

- Punctuality is mandatory. The trainer should be present at the designated venue or virtual platform at least 30 minutes before the session begins.

- The trainer will be responsible for ensuring that the content is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with the Academy's standards.

5. Code of Conduct:

- The trainer is expected to maintain professionalism throughout the training session.

- The trainer must respect all participants, avoid discriminatory language, and foster an inclusive learning environment.

6. Intellectual Property:

- Any materials provided by the trainer for the session remain the intellectual property of the trainer unless otherwise agreed upon.

- The trainer grants Global BIFS Academy the right to use, reproduce, and distribute materials for internal purposes only.

7. Confidentiality:

- The trainer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the training.

- This clause will remain in effect even after the completion of the session.

8. Liability:

- The trainer will not be held responsible for any outcomes or decisions made by participants based on the content of the training.

- The Academy agrees to indemnify the trainer against any claims related to the content delivered during the session.

9. Feedback and Reporting:

- The trainer may be required to submit a report or feedback form after the completion of the session, summarizing trainee participation, engagement, and any key takeaways or issues.

10. Dispute Resolution:

- In the event of a dispute between the trainer and Global BIFS Academy, both parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration before pursuing any legal action.
